1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 97pk6 website located at 97pk6.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the User", "Player", "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on 97pk6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 97pk6 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. 97pk6 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All bonus winnings and real-money balances associated with any duplicate account are void and subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97pk6 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 97pk6 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 97pk6 immediately by contacting our support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

97pk6 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, in accordance with our obligations under our international gaming license. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

97pk6 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits to your 97pk6 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. 97pk6 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend any account where a third-party deposit is detected.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the 97pk6 Cashier section. These limits may be adjusted at 97pk6's discretion or as a result of account verification status.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 97pk6 account instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) generally complete within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Verification: 97pk6 may require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the withdrawal destination.
• Cryptocurrency Withdrawals: USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed on the TRC20 network. Network fees apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount. Cryptocurrency values are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

97pk6 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 97pk6 accepts no liability.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

97pk6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 97pk6 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have fully verified their 97pk6 account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.

6 Games and Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 97pk6 platform. 97pk6 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds — in response to any of the following:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain funds, credits, or advantages that were not legitimately won.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals via your bank or payment provider where the underlying funds were used for gambling purposes on 97pk6. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users or any part of the 97pk6 platform's infrastructure without authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 97pk6 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the platform; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any part of the 97pk6 software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels displayed on the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97pk6 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 97pk6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical faults, system outages, or communication failures beyond 97pk6's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own decisions to wager, including losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption to, or unavailability of, any game or betting market for any reason.
• Any loss or damage to your device or data arising from your access to the 97pk6 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 97pk6's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 97pk6 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, bet manipulation, or use of insider information.

In the event of account closure for cause, 97pk6 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings from the account. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.

12 Dispute Resolution
